Cheyenne is an Early Career Consultant at Williams. In this role, she is responsible for recruiting Williams’ interns and early career entry-level hires, in addition to cultivating relationships with their university and technical school partners. Cheyenne enjoys working with her team to build their organization’s talent pipeline with early career talent, while continuously improving their processes and programs. Outside of work, she serves as a Wish Granter and Missions Chair for the Young Professionals Committee of Make-A-Wish.

Career Highlight

"Interviews can be stressful, no matter where one is in their career. This is especially true for students, as an interview can lead to the beginning of their careers. After looking at our previous practices and feedback, my team and I decided to level the playing field between our extroverted and introverted candidates by sending out our questions beforehand. I created a guide that listed what to expect, the career readiness competencies and definitions we’d be evaluating on, the questions, and related job description. This led to more open and honest conversations, and candidates reported less anxiety with their interviews."
