Chase is the Campus Recruiting Leader at The Coca-Cola Company. He's been primarily responsible for creating the strategy for early career opportunities for North America & Canada while thinking about the global scope of the business and future talent needs. Prior to Coca-Cola, Chase was a Team Lead at Zoom, and was at Deloitte before that. Chase started his career in the non-profit industry working with college students for unpaid internships (back in the day!). Chase feels strongly about creating talent pathways for individuals to find their way given how he started his career.

Career Highlight

"I am proud that The Coca-Cola Company experienced a 32% increase in our internship roles for Summer 2023. This increase was largely due to the business seeing the value in Gen Z talent for our workforce and for our future. We've worked in partnership with the business to identify opportunities."
