Char is the Head of University Recruiting at Robinhood and Executive Director for URx. Leading the UR efforts for Robinhood, she is responsible for executing strategies designed to attract early career talent across the company. At URx, she is responsible for fostering the community of Early Career Talent professionals. Char is also passionate about D&I and makes it a priority to not only increase the diversity within pipelines but encourages an inclusive environment for early career talent to excel in and feel a sense of belonging. Char has spent 8 years within the UR space managing programs across the tech industry.
Career Highlight
When COVID-19 turned the university recruiting world upside down, Char mobilized the UR team at Robinhood and the entire URx Community to quickly adapt to a new normal. From providing her team and UR Leaders across the community with the support they needed through best practices and shared resources, Char led her team through an unprecedented year while also extending a level of support to the leaders within the community to be able to host successful virtual programs.
