Prior to her current role, she held several roles in Talent Acquisition over her 10-year career with Sysco, including North Market Field Talent Acquisition Manager and she also has an additional 10 years of experience in HR and Training from prior roles at other companies. What makes this role her favorite is her ability to shine a light on underrepresented talent and ability to share the inclusive culture and opportunities for growth at Sysco.

"While remaining partially agnostic and keeping DEI at the forefront, I led my team to forge deeper relationships with core schools. We built new relationships with multiple minority business student organizations like NESE and offered Resume Building and Mock Interview workshops. We also participated in five minority-focused conferences for target majors, providing recruiting opportunities and professional development on Mental Health, Strategies for Building your Career and the Impact of Change Makers."
