Cassandra Lacy is a Senior Manager of Diversity Recruitment at Sysco. In this role at Sysco, Cassandra is responsible for the US campus programs strategy and execution. "While remaining partially agnostic and keeping DEI at the forefront, I led my team to forge deeper relationships with core schools. We built new relationships with multiple minority business student organizations like NESE and offered Resume Building and Mock Interview workshops. We also participated in five minority-focused conferences for target majors, providing recruiting opportunities and professional development on Mental Health, Strategies for Building your Career and the Impact of Change Makers."
