Cassandra is the Campus Lead at Boston Beer Company. In her role at Boston Beer Company, Cassandra is responsible for managing the Early Talent Program — Brew Your Future. Prior to their role at Boston Beer, she managed an early talent program at an insurance software company in Boston. Cassandra is passionate about giving students an opportunity to get hands-on experience in their co-op and/or internship and apply those skills outside of the classroom while building Boston Beer’s early talent pipeline.

Career Highlight

"In a hybrid recruitment world, our team attended six events in person and one virtually. These events ranged from information sessions to career fairs. To help with attendance rates, I worked with the schools directly to advertise to our target students."
