Caroline McCann - Nominee for Talent Innovator Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

As a proud member of the University Relations team, Caroline has been with Synopsys for almost 5 years. Caroline works with a small team to overhaul a large North American intern program. With over 200 interns in the US and Canada, the Synopsys Internship program prides itself on its hands-on program that helps lead interns to full-time jobs. Before Synopsys, Caroline handled Intern Recruitment for a smaller tech company. And prior to that, Caroline spent multiple years in a staffing agency setting. Caroline loves working with entry-level talent and helping them find their path through internships or full-time positions.

Career Highlight

"The last 4 years have been constantly changing – both in the professional world but also most importantly, for the early career talent. I’m proud that our team at Synopsys has adapted to these changes, re-doing out entire program not just once, but twice in the last 4 years. We’ve listened intensely to feedback from prior interns and have re-adapted our summer events layout to be more inclined to what they want to experience. Additionally, we’ve redone the hiring process so interns can get hired earlier in the year, and with the intension of converting them into full time roles."
