Caroline is a Recruiter for T-Mobile's Career Programs and Recruitment team. She is responsible for recruitment efforts for its Summer Internship, Explorer Prep/EICX (joint career accelerator programs for high school students in STEM), and CareerTraX (an internal mobility program). Prior to T-Mobile, Caroline worked as an Admissions Representative for Kansas State University, her alma mater. Caroline is passionate about creating a positive candidate experience, advocating for candidates' needs, and creating a more equitable candidate/employee experience.
