Carly (she/her) is one of those rare recruiting professionals who came out of college with an interest and dream of pursuing human resources, specifically university recruiting. She is currently the Global Early Career Leader for Caterpillar’s Services, Distribution & Digital Segment, where she oversees all early career strategy & recruiting. Carly joined Caterpillar in 2021, bringing almost 20 years of recruitment experience. She has had an extensive focus on scaling up & innovating early career talent strategies in a variety of industries. Carly loves to think next generation while collaborating across departments with a focus on diversity. Carly spends her non-work hours traveling, sports-watching, and eating donuts with her husband & two children, 8 & 5.
