Candice is an Early Careers Partner with Navy Federal Credit Union and is responsible for recruiting for the Finance Rotation Program, a two-year rotation program for recent graduates centered around training and developing talent within Navy Federal’s Finance department. Candice is also responsible for recruiting for the Year Round Intern Program which continues to be Navy Federal’s largest cohort of all of their early in career intern programs. A former Year Round Intern herself, Candice recognizes the importance of attracting and retaining early talent. She is passionate about providing positive candidate and intern experiences and ensuring an inclusive recruiting process.

Career Highlight

"The use of targeted Handshake campaigns and LinkedIn projects, combined with a strategy of strengthening our partnerships with colleges and universities - both virtually and in-person - ensures I am providing a wealth of opportunities to connect with students and provide them with information that best align with their career goals. Leveraging technology enabled a 451% increase in sourced candidates from 2023 to 2024 for Navy Federal’s Finance Rotation Program. Candidate experience is key to attracting and retaining early talent and utilizing technology improves the recruiting process, attracts larger candidate pools, and enables me to respond efficiently and effectively."
