The Covid-19 pandemic helped Campbell's to develop creative solutions to attract talent. Campbell's was one of the few companies that continued to offer its full internship and co-op program in a virtual environment. Despite not being able to attend in-person programming at universities and colleges across the country, the University Recruiting team continued to strengthen relationships with local colleges and universities. In addition, Campbell's leveraged their diverse partnerships to virtually participate in professional events, such as career fairs, workforce development and interview-prep workshops.
