Brooke was recently promoted to a Corporate Recruiter, but has spent the past two years as a Campus Recruiter. At Bowen Engineering, she is held responsible to be a trusted business partner to meet and exceed the FTE growth demands of the company. She manages this through recruiting top talent in the professional industry and retaining interns to become full-time hires. She recently obtained her SHRM-CP certification to continue growing her knowledge in HR and talent acquisition. Brooke is passionate about building relationships with candidates and hiring managers to grow the organization while maintaining a strong company culture.
