Brittany leads the team's execution of their innovative, relationship-based strategy. Prior to her role at Duolingo, Brittany began her career with roles in higher education and third-party recruiting. Brittany's desire to make the world a better place than she found it can be seen in the programs and partnerships that she and her team champion.

"This past year I was thrilled to see the continuous growth of representation of Black, Hispanic/Latino, and Women talent in Duolingo’s University Class through our continuous investments in partnerships, such as ColorStack and Rewriting the Code, our early identification internship Program, Thrive, and our University Programs Team’s innovative strategies to meet students where they are, such as city-based Summer events and Conference engagement. It has been through a multi-year strategy, that we continue to make investment and improvements in, that we were able to connect with and hire an incredibly diverse and talented class this past season."
