Brittany Kamson is a Senior Campus Recruiter at Atlassian. In their role at Atlassian, Brittany is responsible for managing recruitment for a variety of technical internship and recent graduate roles (primarily Software Engineering). Prior to being a Campus Recruiter, Brittany has also worked as a Sales Recruiter and in Sales during her four-year career at Atlassian. Brittany is also passionate about partnering with organizations that are supporting diverse communities to find job opportunities in tech!
Career Highlight
"This year, I was excited to introduce partnerships with organizations focused on supporting underrepresented students interested in tech careers. I championed partnerships with Braven and ColorStack by working with our internal Foundation (non-profit arm of Atlassian) and DEI teams to kickstart these partnerships. I hosted events for these students to showcase Atlassian's culture and job opportunities. Through these new relationships, we were able to increase Atlassian's brand awareness within these communities and ultimately hire students from these partners!"
