Brighid Jensen - Nominee for Exceptional Leader Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Brighid is the Global Head of Early Careers Recruiting and Programs at Visa, where she is leading global programs and processes that attract, hire, and develop diverse, early career talent. Prior to joining Visa, Brighid spent over 10 years in the professional services and consulting industry, leading various university recruiting programs and strategic initiatives. She also held student development positions at several institutions of higher education and started her career in pharmaceutical sales. In her spare time, Brighid enjoys family time, live music, and outdoor activities.

Career Highlight

"There are many moments every day where I have pride for the team's accomplishments and impact. It comes in the small things, such as a Recruiter coaching a nervous candidate through the technical interview to 'ringing the team bell' every time an offer acceptance comes in. It is also the larger things, like Recruiters earning promotions and the entire team working together on the successful execution of massive intern and recruiting events. Early Careers work is inherently meaningful, in big and small ways, and I am most proud of the impact we achieve individually and together.
