Global Emerging Talent & University Recruiting Manager

Bridget is an experienced University Recruiting professional focused on building out HubSpot's intern, co-op, and entry-level programs globally. Having started her career in the not-for-profit government sector before transitioning into tech, she has developed and led innovative recruiting, engagement, and candidate nurturing strategies tailored to the needs of organizations that are both high-growth and mission-driven. Over the past 4.5 years that Bridget has been at HubSpot, their emerging talent programs have grown and scaled significantly. With inclusivity central to all that she and her team do, Bridget is passionate about creating communities where everyone belongs and is empowered to do their best work.

Career Highlight

Bridget is proud to lead a fully-hybrid team that spans continents. With team members dispersed across regions, some working fully remotely and some based in their local office, Bridget has led key projects and initiatives to update pre-pandemic team operating models and norms -- focusing on hybrid inclusivity at every level. By regularly adjusting standing meeting cadences and timing to be global-first, adding psychological safety topics to the regular discussion rotation, and utilizing different technologies to build community asynchronously, Bridget's efforts have fostered a deep connection among her global team, have prioritized team member growth and development through monthly virtual growth chats and feedback forums, and have helped to mitigate burnout.
