Brian Drake is a Vice President, Talent Acquisition. In his role at XPO Logistics, Brian is responsible for all US based Corporate and Transportation hiring, as well as Employment Branding, Early Talent, Veterans and Diversity hiring initiatives. Prior to his role at XPO, Brian was a Sr. VP of Talent Acquisition at Wells Fargo where he led Commercial, Wealth Management and Investment Bank TA as well as Early Talent recruiting and programs. Brian is passionate about building an Early Career hiring process that is inclusive and supportive.
