Career Highlight

One of the hardest challenges of a startup on-campus is building their brand awareness in a competitive market with new challenges arising every day. As a team of one, Bria was tasked with building a brand at eleven different school programs. From establishing connections with career services to clubs and organizations on-campus, Bria hosted events ranging from info sessions, coffee chats, fireside chats with our executives, resume reviews, lunch and learns, and many more with hundreds of students. They will continue to foster these relationships to promote brand awareness for Ridgeline and expand year-over-year.
