Impactful Internship Program

At Brex, interns are embedded into everything the company does from day one. From onboarding with industry hires to impactful projects, interns work alongside their mentors to contribute meaningful progress. On top of all this, interns are given the full visibility to business growth/ financials to truly feel like they are employees of the company. During the internship, students have the opportunity to do more than just their projects. During their 12 weeks at Brex, students embark on not only building their technical breadth, but other aspects of their life as well. They participate in community projects, bi-weekly brunch sessions, intimate fireside chats with leaders, and career growth sessions as well. With all of this, Brex is proud to bring back over 90% of interns next year as full-time employees.
