Brenna Schnaare - Nominee for Exceptional Leader Award

Brenna Schnaare is a Global Campus Recruiting Manager at Rockwell Automation. In this role Brenna is responsible for shaping a strategy for global early career talent attraction, building and executing on a hybrid, "high touch + high tech" talent-led strategy, and leading a small team of talent advisers. Before managing the Early Career TA team, Brenna was an Early Career Program Manager overseeing the intern and new-grad hires for a product business unit. Brenna enjoys her work of creating a strong bench of young innovators, builders, and problem solvers.

Career Highlight

It was Brenna’s diverse career path which brought a new perspective to Campus Recruiting. Brenna’s mission was to evolve the current team of recruiters, into best-in-class talent advisors. Within one year, Brenna led the team away from an outdated, inequitable, key-school model toward a high touch-high tech strategy which marries people, process, and technology. While a new approach to recruitment was especially critical in 2020 due to COVID-19, and the inability to travel, the evolution of the team will have lasting, positive, impacts on the early career pipeline for Rockwell Automation.
