Brendan Hack - Nominee for Career Catalyst Award - 2023 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Brendan is the Campus Recruitment Manager for North America at Alter Domus. At Alter Domus, Brendan is responsible for all intern and full-time campus hires for North America. In this role, Brendan coordinates all campus strategies and campus events, and plans the summer internship program. Since joining Alter Domus in 2022, Brendan has worked hard to see the total number of interns double and work through the full campus recruiting season for the first time in Alter Domus' history. Prior to Alter, Domus Brendan was a University Talent Acquisition Manager for Crowe, covering campus recruiting in Indiana and Michigan. Brendan is passionate about finding new ways to connect with Gen Z and cater the hiring experience around their expectations and get them started in great careers.

Career Highlight

"Throughout the season, I played a pivotal role in coordinating and staffing more than 90 events. Our strategic approach is centered around prioritizing in-person engagements based on student preferences. To optimize the event experience, we collaborated with RippleMatch to streamline the check-in process, ensuring that the primary focus remained on meaningful conversations. Additionally, we successfully implemented efficient and consistent communication practices following each event. As we move ahead, we are excited about expanding our reach by hosting national virtual workshops and presentations.
