The team conducts info-sessions on various niche topics like Crypto Currency, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence to attract right talent. They've invested in tools and technologies that enables them to source candidates across the country with strong focus on Diversity. They have a robust diversity conference strategy that enables them to brand themselves to various national level Diversity conferences and hire from them.

They have a robust candidate closing strategy in partnership with their business. The strategy includes sell calls to help candidates understand the role and the company better.
