Bill is a Talent Management and Acquisition Programs HR leader with eight years of experience within diverse, Fortune 500 organizations. Bill's passion is to build upon the culture at Butterball and ensure it is a place where everyone feels included, valued, and can bring their whole selves to work. As a Talent Programs Manager, Bill builds programs to attract and develop team members across the organization at varying levels of experience, and his focus ranges between new graduate recruitment, internships, and apprenticeships. In Talent Management, Bill develops and optimizes the talent framework in key areas of talent reviews, assessments, and development.

Career Highlight

"One moment that comes to mind immediately that I am most proud of occurred in the Summer of 2020. COVID-19 cases were becoming more prevalent in the US and our organization arrived to the question of whether or not we would keep the intern program for the summer. I was able to make the case to our senior leadership and owners to keep the program by detailing ways we could pivot and still provide a wonderful experience. No positions were cancelled, some moved to a purely remote option, and many of those interns ended up accepting full-time offers to come back to the organization after they completed their internship."
