Innovative and Multi-Faceted Approach to University Recruitment
BCG is heavily invested in early talent, developing its talent pipelines through several curated candidate experiences to support them through the interview process. BCG Launch is a virtual program providing undergraduate and non-MBA masters students an inside look into the skills and knowledge needed for a career as a BCG Associate. BCG Advance is a sophomore/second-year women’s leadership conference, concluding with an opportunity to interview early. The Bridge to Consulting Workshop enables freshman/first-year and sophomore/second-year students who are Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and Indigenous/Native American/Alaska Native to explore life as a BCG Associate, concluding with an opportunity to interview early for GFL and a Summer Internship. The Growing Future Leaders Sophomore Summer Internship (GFL) is a 10-week, immersive summer internship program for Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and Indigenous/Native, and American/Alaska Native students the summer after their sophomore year.

Impactful Internship Program
The BCG Internship provides early talent with a first-hand consulting and client-facing experience. Notonly do interns learn invaluable real-life consulting skills, but they also benefit from the mentorship offellow BCGers and world-class learning and development programs, giving them an authenticglimpse into what it’s like to work at BCG. Plus, if they enjoy the hard work and embrace the challengesthroughout the internship, they’ll have a solid foundation from which to apply for a full-time consultingrole with the company. BCG also offers the Growing Future Leaders Sophomore Internship program specificallyfor students who are Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and Indigenous/Native American/AlaskaNative.
Growth and Development of the Next Generation of Talent
BCG offers several benefits that enable it to invest heavily in the retention and success ofearly talent. First, its mobility programs – including secondment, associate abroad, cross-office staffing, etc. – allow employees to easily transition between teams, offices, and evencountries depending on their interests.
