The Campus Forward Awards recognizes early career & university recruiting teams of all sizes with standout programs. To be considered, early career hiring teams must fill out a detailed application about their recruitment strategies, candidate experience, early career programs, and equitable hiring processes.

Our peer-selected award for standout individuals in early career recruitment

The Campus Recruiting Choice Awards recognize the exceptional leaders, talent innovators, and rising stars in early career recruitment. Nominees are selected through peer recommendations and winners are selected during a public voting period.

Campus Forward Awards

The Campus Forward Awards recognizes the teams and programs dedicated to hiring early career talent. To be eligible for the Campus Forward Awards, a company must hire a minimum of 30 U.S.-based early career hires each year. The application and assessment criteria is centered on innovative recruitment strategies, D&I, candidate experience, and early career programs.

Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

The Campus Recruiting Choice Awards recognizes the standout individuals who are hiring and nurturing the next generation of talent. The CRCAs kick off with a round of nominations – you must be nominated by a peer to be eligible to be selected as a Nominee. The final class of esteemed nominees participate in a public voting period where the final winners of the CRCAs are selected.
