Ashley Wodarek - Nominee for Exceptional Leader Award - 2022 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Ashley Wodarek is currently the Manager, Campus Recruiting and Early Talent Programs at MKS Instruments leading the Global Campus Programs strategy and US Campus Recruiting Team. Ashley recently led the Graduate Internship Program recruitment and program design on a global scale (North America, EMEA, and APAC regions). Prior to MKS, Ashley was a Lead Campus Technology Recruiter at BNY Mellon where she was a global program manager for the inaugural early internship program as well as the recruitment lead for ~175 early talent and internship roles per year. Ashley is passionate about creating an inclusive recruiting experience.

Career Highlight

Ashley led a global cross-functional team of 12 members for an 8-month time period to design a Global Graduate Summer Internship Program. Ashley broke the project down into monthly workstreams in order to work towards deliverables in a timely manner and ensure the team was included on all steps of the program design. With help from the team, Ashley designed a globally inclusive Graduate Summer Internship Program. Ashley is proud to lead at a company that prioritizes early career programs and recruitment.
