Ashley is the AVP, Early Career & TA Brand Strategy at Global Atlantic Financial Group. In her role, she is responsible for the oversight of the internship program, early career recruitment and engagement, and the talent acquisition external brand. Prior to this role, she was on the talent acquisition team for 4 years. Before Global Atlantic, she spent 6 years at an executive recruitment firm. Ashley's passion is supporting early career talent and providing exposure to opportunities they did not think were possible.

"I can’t say there is any one moment, but rather a collection of moments that make me most proud of being an Early Career leader at Global Atlantic. Being able to drive our internship program from a 'nice to have' function to a strategic talent pipeline and exceptional intern experience, has been incredibly rewarding. Watching our interns make an impact, accept full-time roles at Global Atlantic, grow and thrive in our culture, and take on meaningful careers keeps me driven in what I love to do.
