Ashley Rich - Nominee for Exceptional Leader Award - 2022 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards

Ashley Rich is an Associate Director of College Recruiting at AT&T. In her role, she's responsible for leading the College Recruiting Marketing and Strategy team. She oversees the team’s recruitment and engagement strategy, marketing strategy, candidate experience, and national events. Previously, Ashley was a Lead Marketing Manager on the College Recruiting team at AT&T and was responsible for College Recruiting’s virtual events and marketing, candidate experience, and special platform management. Ashley is passionate about finding innovative ways to connect with students and sharing opportunities with them to build the future of AT&T.

Career Highlight

In 2020, it became increasingly clear that campus recruiting teams would have to adjust their summer plans. Ashley and her team knew that something had to be done and began strategically brainstorming to create AT&T’s first-ever Summer Learning Academy. This online externship provided thousands of students around the globe with an opportunity to have an impactful summer of learning. Ashley and her team have continued the company’s summer programming and evolved the content to continue to meet students' needs and provide opportunities for enrichment during the summer.
