Ashley is a Early Career Program Manager at Figma. In their role at Figma, Ashley is responsible for building and scaling the future of early talent programs. Prior to their role at Figma, Ashley worked on University and Apprenticeship programs at Pinterest and helped build University programs at Affirm. Ashley is passionate about creating opportunities for underrepresented groups and building inclusive programs.
Career Highlight
Ashley has co-led efforts at both Pinterest and Figma aimed at providing interview resources to underrepresented students. Figma currently hosts workshops during the summer geared towards getting students ready for intern and new grad interview cycles which include sessions around technical interview prep, day in the life of an engineer, and recruiting Q&A. Ashley partners with her teammates to curate content, secure attendees and speakers, and create a meaningful experience for students.
