Innovative and Multi-Faceted Approach to University Recruitment

This past fall, the Arrive team was able to participate in more than 200 campus recruiting events, many of which were with new university partners. Arrive approaches events with the goal of providing value to students and acting as a consultative collaborator, which resulted in a recruiting schedule including development sessions, networking mixers, pitch competitions, yoga classes, and more. Students engaging with Arrive had the opportunity to connect with employees outside of talent acquisition, giving them an inside look at the company and the jobs they were most interested in. Arrive believes finding early talent is less about targeting a robust slate of experience and more around finding the right organizations, schools, groups, and interests that translate into a fast-paced company. By utilizing Design Thinking, leveraging marketing insights, and having a willingness to humanize the recruitment process, Arrive strategically sources and cultivates up and coming talent.

Overarching Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion

To build diverse early-career teams, Arrive utilizes technology and travels across the country to meet with students from all backgrounds. Arrive continues to open new offices in diverse cities and prioritizes expanding university partnerships in each of those regions. From recruiting at Minority Serving Institutions to widening the scope of organizations it partners with, the Arrive team believes that getting in front of students from every walk of life and background is an essential part of D&I.

Impactful Internship Program

At Arrive Logistics, interns are given the opportunity to reach new heights in their undergrad career while exploring the world of logistics through an impactful sales internship. Interns have many social opportunities to connect with managers and mentors outside of the office, in addition to weekly Networking Sessions, which connect interns to various leaders from the C-suite across the business. Through an in-office internship program, interns get the true Arrive experience being engulfed in Arrive’s award-winning, people first culture. Culture at Arrive keeps interns connected to each other while allowing them to gain the full appreciation of what it means to have a full time sales career at Arrive.

Growth and Development of the Next Generation of Talent

Arrive Logistics is dedicated to the success of its entry-level talent. New hires will go through a 6-month robust training program led by industry leaders to give them the necessary knowledge and technical skills for success. These building blocks allow for a successful mentorship program, where they will receive one-on-one mentoring from a dedicated sales rep. Arrive believes in building leaders without its walls, which means new hires have access to ample career advancement opportunities. Whether that be to participate in one of its LinkedIn Learning courses, or join an on the job Leadership program, Arrive encourages and empowers employees to level up their career.
