“In her short time at Sigma so far, Arielle has been impactful, thoughtful, and driven in her approach to recruiting for Sigma's first ever SWE New Grad Program. She came in during a period of hyper growth and quickly identified ways to speed up the hiring process using AI and a candidate-first experience. She has reduced the interview timeframe, engaged with more candidates, and has reached quarterly hiring goals with shorter timeframe than most. Her values for diversity and a positive candidate experience have made her a stand out. She has also partnered with our Engineering executives to develop an AI process to reduce the manual grading work for interviewers and to make the first touch point with candidates much quicker thus reducing the over time to fill time.
