Ariana is an Early Talent Program Manager at Kohler Co. In their role at Kohler Co., Ariana is responsible for the impact of early talent strategies by focusing on the development and execution of innovative programs for interns and co-ops! Prior to their role at Kohler Co., Ariana executed long-term recruitment strategies in order to recruit top interns and entry-level hires from undergraduate and graduate campuses into SC Johnson. Ariana is passionate about early talent as this is where students' careers and professional experience start.
Career Highlight
"This year, I was so excited to launch a new partnership and multi-year scholarship program with a college access and success nonprofit in the Milwaukee area. In addition to the renewable educational scholarship, the Kohler Scholars program provides hands-on experiences for Milwaukee high school seniors and college students including career exploration, internship opportunities, and mentorship. We also hosted an in-person event on campus which included behind-the-scenes tours and an interactive career journey panel! This upcoming year, we will be expanding to support an additional five scholars!"
