Annie Raeder leads early career and transitions recruiting for Guild Education. The Guild team is driving a non-traditional approach to campus recruiting to honor the types of students that Guild serves. Prior to working at Guild, Annie has spent time in organizations in the non-profit world, retail, and telecommunications including managing the University Relations program at her last company. Annie is passionate about creating opportunities for historically underrepresented talent, diversifying the team at Guild (and beyond), and building a program that provides a supportive environment for all students to thrive!

Career Highlight

Annie has been building the early career recruiting program from the ground up at Guild. This year, while prioritizing tools and strategies to find a diverse group of candidates across several dimensions, including socioeconomic status, first-generation, LGBTQ+, racially diverse, and non-traditional student populations, Annie, with the support of her Associate Recruiter Molli, has grown the intern program from 7 in 2020 to over 40 interns for the summer of 2021. She is excited to create the Guild intern program that honors students and reflects the ones that Guild Education serves.
