Career Highlight
Annie established a candidate engagement process for over 14 Inclusion & Diversity-centered organizations that partner with the Early Careers recruitment team at UnitedHealth Group. From devising infosession content to connecting candidates to recruiters, the engagement process contacted nearly 3,000 students and resulted in 20 hires. The process will be utilized for upcoming seasons.
