Annie oversees Employer Brand, Recruitment Marketing, and Talent Attraction at Anheuser-Busch. Annie is known as a creative in the Talent Acquisition space. She constantly stays up to date with consumer trends, merging Gen Z and Millennial insights with talent attraction strategy. Annie joined AB in 2019 and has held three different roles thus far. Prior to AB, Annie worked in the TA space at Dow Jones & The Wall Street Journal, and Toronto Dominion Bank (TD Bank). Annie is passionate about showcasing AB as a top employer to the talent marketplace, creating an inclusive workplace environment, and the health and wellness space.

Career Highlight

When COVID-19 turned the campus recruiting world upside down, Annie redesigned the early career recruitment strategy to 100% virtual, and successfully adapted to a new normal. Annie's approach was university agnostic, meaning the focus was on the candidate profile and not the school they attended. RippleMatch made this strategy come to life by allowing her team to host open virtual recruitment events, reaching over 70K students across 49 states, 700+ schools, and all I&D partners. Annie is proud to be a part of the TA Team, and manages both a Talent Marketing Manager and several summer interns.
