With over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, she is a passionate advocate for emerging talent recruiting and programs. Anne’s mission is to help others discover what possibilities exist in the tech industry, especially those who come from underrepresented backgrounds.
Career Highlight
"We developed the intern program with diversity at the forefront, and my team has met and exceeded every hiring goal year over year! I had the privilege to attend AfroTech this year, and through our recruiting efforts, 10% of our Summer 2024 class will be hires from this event. We have incorporated inclusion and representation to the intern experience through an ERG speaker series, an ASL class, Drag Bingo for Pride Month, and more! Having a remote culture, it’s important that all interns feel a sense of belonging and community no matter where they are."
