Anna Reed has led College Recruiting efforts across CarMax for nearly five years. Prior to CarMax, Anna held roles in college recruiting at Capital One. Anna is interested in all things college hiring, and especially in how the company can set both the students and themselves up for success.

No one knew what to expect this year, and the CarMax College team was tasked with hiring close to 50% more hires than seasons past. Not only did the team reach the goal, they did so in many areas the earliest to date for CarMax. This mighty team leads by example across the company by creating virtual experiences for students that give back to them.
