"I orchestrated our first in-person interview day since COVID at our Memphis office, known for its recruitment challenges. This event led to a 78% acceptance rate, a significant increase from the previous 53%. Additionally, I organized our first post-COVID in-person recruitment event, designed to attract early career talent. Featuring interactive presentations, networking opportunities, and leadership activities, it allowed students to better understand CBIZ and the accounting field. Reintroducing in-person events has significantly enhanced our local job market presence and set a new standard for future recruitment efforts."
