Anna is the Emerging Talent Manager for Akamai Technologies. In her role, she is responsible for leading an international team of recruiters to hire for and run successful intern, rotational and training programs across 10 countries. Anna started in the same team as a coordinator after college, and through years of learning and much trial-and-error, now coaches a talented team and consults on new programs every day. She is passionate about building high-impact programs that launch students into fulfilling careers, just as Akamai has given her the opportunity to grow in hers.
Career Highlight
"Success for our programs relies on our ability to reach candidates where they are, and on steady investment from business leaders. This year, I managed a recruitment marketing initiative and rolled out social media trackers, recruiter training, and an analytics dashboard to help our global TA team connect effectively with our candidates and promote new training programs. I am also strategizing with business leaders to revamp our intern request process so that requests and planning are centralized, leading to more transparency around our programs, earlier hiring timelines, and more requests."
