Angelina Henderson - Nominee for Talent Innovator Award

Angelina is a Manager of College Relations & Recruiting at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and has been with the company for 4.5 years. In her role, Angelina is responsible for the recruitment of early talent and managing relationships with universities and student organizations. Prior to Goodyear she managed the University Relations Program at Diebold Nixdorf. Her passion for connecting talent to their dream career is what drives her every single day! She feels blessed to be in a position to help students reach their full potential and navigate the corporate world.

Career Highlight

Despite being out for three months, Angelina didn't miss a beat and trained recruiting teams in a record amount of time for a fully virtual season. She demonstrated agility by navigating & overcoming every challenge. Her leadership has been imperative to the success of the program. Angelina is most proud of the progress made in diversity efforts since she joined Goodyear. There have been increases in diversity outreach & hiring year over year, resulting in record diverse representation for the internship program. She acknowledges none of that would be possible without an amazing team!
