Angelica is an experienced educator and team leader at adidas. In her role at adidas, Angelica is responsible for creating and expanding programs that impact the Early Career Recruitment strategy. Prior to her role at adidas, Angelica worked in multiple institutions of higher education, where she successfully built strategies, programs, and communities engaging Gen Z in leadership development goals. Angelica is passionate about creating inclusive and supportive environments for students and is dedicated to building a hiring process that reflects these values.

"At the beginning of my tenure with adidas, I spearheaded the implementation of the first HBCU strategy. Last year, I had the privilege of leading a team of talented individuals and HBCU alumni from adidas to the esteemed HBCU Career Development Marketplace. This milestone was truly remarkable, as we had the opportunity to connect and engage with over 300 bright HBCU students. During the highly anticipated in-person conference, I facilitated a panel conversation. The panel discussion revolved around the pivotal topic of propelling one's career to new heights by embracing the possibilities of relocating for exceptional career opportunities."
