Angela Parrinello has been a leader in early career identification and talent acquisition for nearly 2 decades and has innovated the campus recruitment process at multiple companies. She is active on several advisory boards, seeking to share best practices with other campus recruiters and to build holistic relationships with students in hopes of finding roles for them that excite and motivate them.
Career Highlight
Angela spearheaded the creation of a new D&I-focused team within the early careers program. Angela was excited to build out and develop a team of three diversity-focused talent acquisition managers responsible for forging relationships and hiring from HSIs and HBCUs, as well as managing additional diversity-focused partnerships with national and regional organizations. Angela is proud to lead at a company that prioritizes the recruitment and retention of underrepresented talent.
