Angela Huber - Nominee for Exceptional Leader Award

Angela Huber has a BA degree from UW – Madison. Prior to joining SC Johnson, Angela managed the campus recruitment strategy for the consulting arm of Baker Tilly, where she successfully launched the first Externship program. Angela has also worked across different angles within the talent acquisition industry during her time at AON, Randstad and CareerBuilder. At SC Johnson she is responsible for creating long-term recruitment strategies across functions and leading the early career recruiting COE team. She is passionate about helping young talent find their space in the "real world" and building an inclusive diverse working environment.

Career Highlight

In March 2020, professionals everywhere were told to work form home for two weeks so they could flatten the curve and stop COVID 19 from becoming a global pandemic. When working from home stretched far beyond two weeks, Angela was able to rally the team and quickly adjust SCJ's Internship program into a virtual one. The team was innovative and adaptable and supported the business and interns through a summer they will never forget. Angela's leadership during this time was critical to the success of SCJ's program.
