Angel Recht Manager, MBA/Grad Campus Program, West Monroe
Angel leads West Monroe's MBA/Grad Campus Program. She is responsible for developing and driving the strategy for grad recruitment across the firm. Her efforts have resulted in the implementation of the West Monroe's MBA/Grad Internship Program, which has grown by 400% since it's inaugural year four years ago and placing interns in all seven of the firm's office locations and and eight service lines. Prior to her time in this role, Angel spent her career in healthcare consulting and with SaaS companies. She is passionate about recruiting top talent that align with the firm's values.
Career Highlight
Shortly before COVID-19, Angel had transformed the interview process by leveraging technology capabilities and video platforms in order to streamline and expedite the process, while maintaining a positive candidate experience. When COVID-19 hit and people were no longer traveling or interviewing in person, many of the processes recently put into place provided the capabilities necessary to minimize any loss of momentum during the recruitment season.
