"Technology has been a game-changer in improving our approach to early career programs at CSL. Over the past year, I introduced a mobile-friendly intern management system that simplified the onboarding experience. I also launched an online platform where campus teams can request recruiting essentials, such as table covers and giveaways, with the click of a button. The highlight, however, was reshaping the summer internship program. I helped bridge geographic gaps by utilizing online collaboration tools and web conferencing platforms to deliver engaging workshops, enabling interns across locations to interact and learn together.
