Andrew leads TransUnion's Recruitment Operations and Programs team. In his role, he manages several functions that enable recruiters to work more effectively while keeping inclusion top of mind. This involves managing recruitment data, technology, and process improvements, as well as recruitment coordination, the campus/internship program, and DEI recruiting programs and events. Andrew brings expertise to his role, from prior experience as TransUnion’s Talent Acquisition Lead for Data Science, Technology, and Product positions. Andrew is passionate about finding new solutions, developing processes, and implementing new technologies that promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.

Career Highlight

"This past year, I was honored to play a role in TransUnion's DEIB journey. Having conscious inclusion throughout our entire recruitment process is incredibly important and I was excited to lead a variety of initiatives to ensure we were identifying, engaging, and assessing talent with a focus on DEIB. The work included maintaining and establishing relationships with professional organizations that support underrepresented communities, designing and facilitating training for hiring managers and recruiters on inclusive recruitment best practices, enhancing our use of data to make better decisions pertaining to DEIB, and building structure into the interview process to mitigate biases."
