Andrea McGowan, Director Talent Acquisition, leads the early career talent recruiting and contingent workforce program for Charles Schwab. Prior to joining Schwab, Andrea worked at Dell Technologies on the University and Diversity programs team. Andrea has spent the last 8 years at Schwab building the campus recruiting function, growing the Schwab Intern Academy, and championing early career talent as a pillar of the firm's overall talent strategy. Andrea loves building programs that connect early career talent with a career path and organization that they are passionate about.
