Building an Innovative and Multi-Faceted Approach to University Recruiting

Analog Devices hosted both virtual and in-person campus events this year. The University Relations Team hosted a few different events to keep engagement high and ensure students interested in Analog Devices would still be able to interact with us. The team hosted specific technical workshops, panel sessions, partner with professors to co-teach a class, as well as giving out a few fun raffles to students who participated in their events. Beyond events, the team also focused on interns and recent grads to ensure they had an awesome internship and orientation. Through these activities, interns and recent grads were able to refer their friends and peers to Analog Devices.

The University Relations (UR) Team at Analog Devices believe a standout candidate experience is essential for bringing in top talent to the company. This is why they go above and beyond to ensure applicants have a great experience interviewing at the company. Not only that, the UR team understands the important decision students have to make with their first job out of college. Recruiters work one-on-one with applicants to ensure applicants feel confident in choosing Analog Devices as their company of choice after graduation.

Moving the Needle on Diversity & Inclusion

Representation at the entry-level can move the needle on diversity across the company. That's why the University Relations team at Analog Devices is so passionate about finding and connecting a diverse range of students across the country. To recruit a diverse slate of candidates, the team formed new relationships as well as strengthen relationships with HBCUs and public universities in building a diversity-focused goal and program. Through Analog Devices Foundation, the company is proud to offer scholarships to students from underrepresented backgrounds as well as providing mentorship and resources for students to expand and build their future.
