Amy is the Talent Acquisition Manager at Sendero. In her role, Amy leads the Talent Acquisition team in executing and continuously improving Sendero's recruiting processes. With Amy's direction, the team has achieved a 100% favorability response from candidates in a post-interview survey, stating that they would recommend Sendero's hiring process to a friend. Prior to Sendero, Amy was a recruiter at an industrial distributor, where she was responsible for full-cycle recruiting at all levels of the organization. Amy is passionate about ensuring Sendero's hiring process is inclusive and an excellent experience for both candidates and interviewers.

Career Highlight

"In a continuously changing hiring climate, my team and I are constantly reevaluating our processes and strategies to help candidates successfully navigate our interview process. One event we've implemented is an opportunity to meet with a member of our Talent Acquisition team prior to any interviews. This meeting focuses on the student’s questions, including an overview of the process, what the candidates should wear, and what it’s like to be a consultant. We've received positive feedback from our Gen Z candidates about this new event and have seen them be more successful throughout the interview process as a result."
