Amy Cosgrove is a Campus Recruiting & Events Lead for an RPO client at Korn Ferry. Amy is responsible for building out campus programs, leading campus recruiting teams, and executing high-volume recruiting events. Prior to her role at Korn Ferry, Amy worked in workforce development and academic student services.
Career Highlight
Amy spearheaded the creation of a campus recruiting teams playbook. She was excited to build out this important work that added much needed structure, process, and information around high-volume recruiting. When the pandemic hit, Amy pivoted this work to include virtual recruiting best practices and training to adapt to the new recruiting environment.
